You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and meet all local regulatory requirements for operating a vehicle for hire in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
Riders agree to be present at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time, to treat drivers with respect, and to pay the agreed fare. Riders are responsible for any damage caused to a driver's vehicle during a ride.
Drivers agree to maintain a valid license and roadworthy vehicle, to operate safely and within the law, to treat riders with respect, and to accurately represent their availability and location within the app.
Fares are estimated at booking and may vary based on actual distance and time. Payment is handled directly between rider and driver unless otherwise specified. The platform is not responsible for payment disputes between riders and drivers.
Riders may cancel a ride request before a driver is assigned without penalty. Repeated cancellations after driver assignment may result in account review. Drivers who frequently cancel accepted rides may have their accounts suspended.
All users are expected to behave in a safe and lawful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behaviour toward any user will result in immediate account suspension. The emergency/panic feature must only be used in genuine emergency situations.
This platform serves as a technology intermediary connecting riders and drivers. We are not liable for the actions of drivers or riders, delays, accidents, or losses arising from use of the service. Use of this app is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Turks & Caicos Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
